The operations release. Every user now lands on My Overview — a personal home that triages everything on your plate, shows what you got done, and gives managers a per-person team view. Contracts and sites produce their own duty calendars: extracted obligations, a curated Nordic compliance library, and three verbs on every action — execute, defer, escalate up the manager chain. For finance, the IFRS 16 reporting pack measures the whole portfolio at a reporting date — ASC 842, owned property and subleases included — with provenance on every figure, and the rent-escalation engine was rebuilt with a review queue for ambiguous index clauses. Around them: an AI review grade on every contract, occupancy findings priced in money and turned into tasks, SharePoint folders as a contract-intake path, and customer-controlled AI data modes with human-in-the-loop redaction review.

Copilot gains an ask bar on every page that can also edit reports in place. Space Search grows a landlord network with branded outreach and email-in proposals. The whole platform gains a built-in user guide. Underneath: a refreshed look with full dark mode, a deeper Numbers surface, coworking as a first-class option, portfolio radars, and collaboration on every tool.

Tools became workspaces, Reports grew up, and the app shows its work
The biggest craft release since the rebuild. The project workspace was rebuilt around the tools themselves — each one a full surface with a lifecycle and a canonical Deliverable built from your own data, with the AI analysis opt-in, and tools that feed each other automatically. Reports became a full builder with ~60 ready blocks and stage-grouped project reports. A wide credibility-and-awareness pass adds provenance, record history, a notifications hub, saved views and an adaptive sidebar. Surveys gained an end-to-end lifecycle plus a build-your-own Custom Survey, and Location Strategy now grades every area against your data.
