Telenor partnered with Workplacer to shape its future workplace

Telenor Sweden is relocating its Swedish headquarters to Olivin in Västra Kungsholmen by 2028—a next-generation building developed by Skanska.

To lay the foundation for this move, Telenor Sweden partnered with Workplacer.

From workplace strategy, needs analysis and surveys to commute analysis, strategic design and fit-out planning, technical requirements, scenario modelling, and KPI analysis—we supported a comprehensive pre-study to define the future workplace.

“Connectivity for a safer and smarter tomorrow is our purpose. A forward‑looking digital approach to define our future workplace was therefore a natural step.”

But it's not just about data. It's first and foremost about people.

Telenor's vision is to bring people closer together—creating a connected, worry-free experience for both customers and employees.

“Together with Workplacer, we translated our vision into insights to shape a workplace that supports our culture and strengthens the internal engagement going forward.”

LF Bergslagen is shaping its future workplace together with Workplacer

Construction permits are now approved, and soon the first shovel will hit the ground for LF Bergslagen's new office and customer center in Västerås, with move-in planned for late 2027.

The historic building, also housing Västerås Concert Hall and Västerås Congress, is being transformed to include LF Bergslagen as well.

The redevelopment, led by Peab, Kaminsky Arkitekter, and Kadesjös Ingenjörsbyrå, includes an additional floor creating modern and flexible workspaces, while opening up the façade to create a brighter and more inviting urban environment.

To lay the foundation for this transformation, LF Bergslagen partnered with Workplacer to conduct a comprehensive needs analysis and define the future workplace.

From management workshops and data-insights defining the workplace strategy—including preferred work models and office solutions—to employee and leadership surveys on ways of working, strategic design, and fit-out planning, the collaboration has supported the creation of a modern and inspiring destination for both employees and customers.

“Together with Workplacer, we laid the foundation for clarifying our future needs. We want our offices to function as a magnetic hub—welcoming and attractive places where people enjoy being, while also bringing us together around goals that drive the business forward.”

Workplacer helped MSF gain workplace insights ahead of its office move

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an independent humanitarian organisation delivering emergency aid in some of the world's most severe crises and armed conflicts.

In Sweden, the organisation operates from its Stockholm office, where around 120 employees work across fundraising, recruitment, and communications.

With a hybrid way of working—combined with volunteers using the office during evenings alongside the daily staff—MSF Sweden saw the need for a more flexible workplace solution ahead of its upcoming office move.

To support this transition, MSF Sweden partnered with Workplacer.

From employee surveys on ways of working to management workshops and workplace needs analysis, Workplacer helped identify the organisation's future workplace needs and define how the office can better support both employees and volunteers.

By turning workplace insights into action, we hope to support the people enabling MSF's vital mission every day. This is how future workplaces are built.

“With the insights from Workplacer, we are creating a work environment that will help us achieve even greater impact. A great work environment is the foundation for both wellbeing and performance, and for us that is a top priority.”
